I was a new immigrant to Canada when Adrian was referred to me, I had no friends/family present while trying to find a home to purchase but I didn’t need one, Adrian was the friend/family member that I needed, he understands the market and gives step by step guidance, went above and beyond to help me select the perfect home, he was very honest, very patient, efficient and always kept my best interest. He was never late for a showing and when I couldn’t find a way to the viewings he would assist me in getting there and back home. Adrian’s has a warm and welcoming personality that was consistent throughout the entire process, I don’t think I could have had a better experience. I was referred to Adrian and I really feel fortunate that I got connected to him! He is very professional! I have found him to be helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at several places. There was one place I wanted to see a second time. Adrian quickly arranged for that to happen! I did not feel pressured by Adrian at any point. As I do not live in Alberta, after my offer was accepted he attended the house inspection on my behalf with a few items I asked him to check out. He checked them out and let me know afterwards, the answers to my questions. He made other connections for me well, such as suggesting who to contact for a lawyer, for insurance, the various agencies who I could contact for the utilities to be connected. As well he has been willing to be the go between for the seller and their agent and myself about a few issues related to the sale/purchase of my new home. I have contacted him from time to time since the sale closed about things I was wondering about related to the sale or property and he has been timely and helpful in his responses. I have been telling people what a great real estate agent I have been working with in Edmonton! I would definitely recommend Adrian to other people who are looking for a Real Estate Agent!
